While this course is part of the 300 hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training at Yogamatrix, it is open to anyone and everyone who wishes to participate.  You do NOT have to be a Yoga Teacher or part of the Yogamatrix Yoga Teacher Training program to get your certification.

Hours of the training:  Fri:  5:30pm-9:00pm
                                            Sat: 1:00pm-8:30pm
                                            Sun: 9:30am-5:30pm
