Laughter Yoga (LY) is a unique & gentle form of exercise in which we combine breathing techniques from yoga with laughter exercises. This brings extra oxygen into the body, creates feel good hormones called endorphins, thereby creating a joy cocktail that makes us feel more energetic & healthier! Laughter Yoga connects us to our innate, playful nature. When we allow ourselves to be playful, laughter flows like a fountain! It can be practiced standing or sitting in a chair by EVERYbody, regardless of age or fitness level. If you can breathe, you can do Laughter Yoga! No prior experience is necessary. We are not doing yoga poses. Yoga mats are not needed.
