Laughter Yoga is a unique & gentle form of exercise combining breathing techniques from yoga with laughter exercises. Laughter Yoga connects us to our innate, playful nature. When we allow ourselves to be playful, laughter flows like a fountain! It can be practiced standing or sitting in a chair by EVERYbody, regardless of age or fitness level. If you can breathe, you can do Laughter Yoga!
