Join traveling artists Flávia Krishna and Gershone for a Sacred Sound and Mantra Bath with Guided Meditation. This sound healing experience with a variety of high vibrational instruments and songs will take you on a deep inward journey to reset and restore the nervous system and expand your heart. Relax with blankets and bolsters and close your eyes as you are led on a journey through sound and a guided meditation with songs and chants mixed in. A short kirtan will follow. Explore the depths of relaxation in this 2 hour transformational journey.

About the Artists: Flávia Krishna is originally from Brazil and started her Bhakti Yoga path in the early 90's within the Gaudiya Vaishnava lineage, through the teachings of A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada. Her love for music, combined with devotion, she found the perfect expression through the practice of Kirtan. She sings and plays the mridangam, Naal, kartals, and harmonium.
Gershone has been traveling as a musician since 2002. Touring the country with bands like DubConscious and Rahasya, Gershone, he has found himself in the heart of the Mantra Music genre, playing big name festivals from Bhaktifest to Bonnaroo with a variety of well-loved music artists including Wah!, David Newman, and Brenda McMorrow. In 2015, he spent six weeks in northern India studying Indian classical music. Gershone sings and plays the harmonium and is inspired to share his love of Kirtan with people everywhere!
Together, these two are spreading light wherever they go, creating healing through the sounds of sacred music. They will inspire you with their powerful chants in Sanskrit, Tibetan, Hebrew, English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
